Shirt Units Unipress offers a complete line of quality, high production shirt units. From 500 shirts a week to 5,000 or more, Unipress offers a shirt unit of unsurpassed quality to meet your needs and the needs of your customers. VASY-3P The Unipress VASY-3P All-In-One shirt machine is the ultimate in shirt pressing equipment. One machine finishes the collar, cuffs, sleeves, and body with unsurpassed quality and reliability. The VASY-3P incorporates many of the features that you have come to expect from Unipress. The VASY-3P is a one operator unit requiring less floor space than other shirt units while maintaining good production and quality standards. A minimum of operator training is required, as the compact design of the VASY-3P reduces the number of operator movements. The shape of the buck makes it fast and easy to load. Collars and cuffs receive a top quality press by means of a high pressure squeeze system. The cuff bucks and pressing heads are extended to press the pleated portion of the shirt sleeve near the cuff seam. This gives the appearance of a hand finished look. A consistent high quality finished sleeve is achieved with steam and hot air injection. The steam is used to relax the fibers of the shirt and the super heated air smoothes and dries the sleeves in one simple operation. A unique clamp makes it easy to load the sleeves without creasing the cuff. The body receives a top quality finish due to the heated formed vacuum buck, slotted buck cap, non-porous air bags and enlarged contoured chests. The vacuum holds the shirt in place, eliminating the need for a tail band clamp. The slotted buck cap enhances yoke quality and improves production by passing air through it. The non-porous air bags are inflated with compressed air to shape the shirt to its natural cut. This allows the enlarged contoured chests to uniformly press the body of the shirt.
DAYV The DAYV cabinet double buck with vacuum produces top quality shirts. The vacuum holds the shirt in place during the dressing stage and pressing cycle. Utilizing buck vacuum to hold the shirt in place eliminates the tail band clamp and the mark it leaves. The symmetry of the formed vacuum buck, slotted buck cap, non-porous air bags and contoured chests enables the DAYV to consistently produce top quality shirts. The slotted buck cap enhances yoke quality and improves production by passing heated air through it. The non-porous air bags are inflated with compressed air to shape the shirt to its natural cut. This allows the contoured chests to uniformly press the body of the shirt. The DAYV handles the widest range of shirt sizes and cuts, including oversized shirts. The combined advantages of the vacuum buck, slotted buck cap, non-porous air bags and enlarged contoured chests permits extra large as well as small shirts to be processed without excess handling or any bowing.
